It is not easy to find someone who can understand you and what you are going through.  But a good psychotherapist can help uncover answers to disturbing questions and solve distressing situations.

Who Am I

Picture
My name is Noemi Bolton, and I am a psychotherapist specializing in sex therapy and trauma.  I have extensive experience in individual, couples, family and group counseling.  I use methods that address the root causes of behavioral and emotional patterns which lead to depression, anxiety, alcohol dependence, substance abuse, thought distortions, phobias, relationship attachments, and erectile dysfunction or vaginal anesthesia. I will guide you in exploring the core reasons behind your uncontrolled crying, sleeplessness, hopelessness, fear of dying, losing control, brain overload, thought-blocking or avoidance.  The goal is to unleash frozen biological functions and increase the capacity to experience pleasure and live life to its fullest.

Since the 1980's, I have gained considerable experience and knowledge in the practice of the Fourth Way method of self-observation, and the bioenergetics principles of Orgonomy, most of which are the basic tenets of Psychoanalysis, Gestalt, EMDR, Mindfulness-based CBT and DBT therapy.  You may not be familiar with these technical terms but you don't need to worry about them.  You will start to understand these methods as we work together to explore the layered depths of the psyche and move toward solving what we view as initial problems.
