Memories of early childhood trauma may come in spurts of images in the brain.  Often times, emotions related to the trauma are pushed down in recesses of our musculature and remain suspended, unprocessed.  They affect our behavior, some destructive and addictive.  They consume our daily existence to the point of immobility.  Is there a way to loosen them up and dissipate their controlling power?

     Towards the end of a session with a single man or a woman going through dating life-phase, I almost always say, "Keep on swinging the bat, you will hit the ball."
